Each acclaimed chef will bring their own personal unparalleled culinary flair to the table with a specially curated 8 and 12-courses tasting menus celebrating the best of their respective cuisines paired with the unique floral bouquet of Perrier-Jouët champagne by the flute.

About Chef Jeff Ramsey

Michelin-starred Chef Jeff Ramsey is Perrier-Jouët’s Chef Ambassador for Malaysia. The American-Japanese chef earned his first Michelin star rating at the age of 32 while serving at the Tapas Molecular Bar at the 6-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo. His foundational excellence in Japanese cuisine stems from his training with Masayoshi Kazato, the official Sushi Ambassador of Japan before he took a detour to discover and develop a bold experimental style that was cultivated by renowned Chef José Andrés, protégé of Ferrán Adriá of El Bulli in Spain, In 2016, he relocated to Malaysia and conceptualized the award winning Babe by Jeff Ramsey serving progressive modernist cuisine with strong Japanese influences.

About Chef Kenichiro Yamauchi

Graduated from Osaka’s Tsuji Culinary Institute, Yamauchi was trained under Junji Yashima of Enoteca Daru Giungino and David Senia of La Baie before opening his Nagoya-based eponymous restaurant, Restau K Yamauchi in 2014. He brings his unique talent and creativity to showcase an innovative cuisine that combines his classic French training with the use of local, seasonal ingredients.
