Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 leaves Pandan Leaves washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken with a pandan leaf and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Place wrapped chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
