  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  3. 3. Add tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
