Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions, minced garlic, and sliced ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the chicken.
  5. 5. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
