Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Mix all the spices, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oil in a bowl.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken pieces.
  3. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
