  • 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the beef skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
