Belacan Fried Pomfret

- 2 pieces Pomfret Fish cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Belacan toasted and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Cooking Oil for frying
1. Mix belacan, salt, and turmeric powder in a bowl.
2. Rub the mixture all over the pomfret fish.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the fish until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
