Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice vermicelli soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and drained
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, and peas
  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  4. 4. Add soaked vermicelli, soy sauce, oyster sauce, curry powder, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
