Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add mixed vegetables and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
4. Add soaked vermicelli, soy sauce, oyster sauce, curry powder, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir well.
5. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
