Main Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu firm, cut into cubes
- 100 g Bell Peppers cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Water
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the tofu cubes and bell pepper strips, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Pour in the black bean sauce, soy sauce, and water. Stir well.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
