Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu firm, cut into cubes
  • 100 g Bell Peppers cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the tofu cubes and bell pepper strips, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the black bean sauce, soy sauce, and water. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
