Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 whole Crabs cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Black peppercorns coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the crabs and stir-fry until they turn red.
  4. 4. Add black peppercorns, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
