Instructions
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the crabs and stir-fry until they turn red.
4. Add black peppercorns, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
