Bubur Kacang Hijau Recipe (Mung Bean Porridge with Rice)

- 200 g mung beans
- 100 g rice
- 1 L water
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 g palm sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Rinse mung beans and rice under cold water.
In a pot, combine mung beans, rice, and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add coconut milk, palm sugar, and salt. Stir well.
Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Serve warm or chilled.
