- 10 pieces Calamansi fresh
- 4 cups Water
- ½ cup Sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup Ice optional
1. Cut the calamansi in half and squeeze the juice into a pitcher.
2. Add water and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add ice if desired. Serve chilled.
