  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated cassava, shredded coconut, coconut milk, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
