Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Flat rice noodles soaked in warm water
  • 100 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks Chinese chives cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. 4. Push the shrimp to one side and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are just set.
  5. 5. Add the soaked rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Stir-fry everything together.
  6. 6. Add the bean sprouts and Chinese chives. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
