Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add curry powder and turmeric. Cook for another minute.
4. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
5. Add potatoes, coconut milk, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
