Ingredients 

Chicken Satay

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Add chicken strips and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
