Chicken Satay
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ½ cup Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Add chicken strips and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until smooth and heated through.
5. Serve chicken skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
