  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato sauce and chili paste, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add clams, water, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook until clams open, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
