Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Coconut fresh or desiccated
  • 2 pieces Red Chili sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts blanched
  • 1 piece Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves chopped
  • 1 piece Lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated coconut, red chili, bean sprouts, cucumber, and mint leaves.
  2. 2. Add lime juice and fish sauce. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  3. 3. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
