Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Fish Head cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 pcs Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add sliced onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add curry powder and stir well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Add fish head pieces and reduce heat to simmer.
Season with salt and sugar to taste. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until fish is cooked through.
Serve hot with rice.
