  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, green beans) cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the beef with turmeric powder and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry until the beef is cooked through.
