Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Add sliced onion, cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
