Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chili paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
