Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, bean sprouts, and minced garlic.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the popiah rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
