Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Popiah wrappers
  • 200 grams Shredded carrots
  • 200 grams Shredded cabbage
  • 100 grams Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, bean sprouts, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each popiah wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the popiah rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
