Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g prawns cleaned
  • 200 g young jackfruit cut into pieces
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Stir well.
  3. Add prawns and young jackfruit. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until jackfruit is tender.
  6. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
