Main Ingredients
- 500 g prawns cleaned
- 200 g young jackfruit cut into pieces
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- 1 cup water
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add curry powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Stir well.
Add prawns and young jackfruit. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until jackfruit is tender.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
