Instructions
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and prawns, stir-fry until cooked through.
4. Add the Hokkien noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
6. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
