Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Hokkien noodles
  • 100 g Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 100 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and prawns, stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. 4. Add the Hokkien noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  6. 6. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
