  • 1 Lime juiced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the red curry paste and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add salt, sugar, and lime juice. Stir well.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
