Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish Fillet any white fish
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Water cold
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a food processor, blend the fish pieces until smooth.
  3. 3. Add cornstarch, salt, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce, and cold water to the fish paste. Blend until well combined.
  4. 4. Form the fish paste into small balls using your hands.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Fry the fish balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the fish balls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. 8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
