Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Catfish cleaned and gutted
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 10 pieces Red Chilies chopped
  • 1 piece Onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rub the catfish with salt and turmeric powder. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Fry the catfish until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same oil, sauté the garlic, onion, and red chilies until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the fried catfish back into the pan and mix well with the chili mixture.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
