Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Salted Fish cut into pieces
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 3 Red Chilies sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the salted fish pieces and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the sliced onions and chilies. Stir-fry until the onions are soft.
  4. Add the fried salted fish back into the pan and mix well with the onions and chilies. Serve hot.
