Main Ingredients
- 200 g Salted Fish cut into pieces
- 2 Onions sliced
- 3 Red Chilies sliced
- 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the salted fish pieces and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced onions and chilies. Stir-fry until the onions are soft.
Add the fried salted fish back into the pan and mix well with the onions and chilies. Serve hot.
