Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mackerel cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Tomato cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chili paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add mackerel pieces and cook until they start to brown.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, water, and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Add tomato wedges and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
