Kam Heong Clams Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Clams cleaned
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Dried Shrimp soaked and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 stalks Curry Leaves
- 2 chilies Red Chilies sliced
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and dried shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add curry powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
Add clams and stir-fry until they open up.
Add curry leaves and red chilies, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
