Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Clams cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Dried Shrimp soaked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Curry Leaves
  • 2 chilies Red Chilies sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and dried shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add curry powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Add clams and stir-fry until they open up.
  5. Add curry leaves and red chilies, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
