  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 leaves Pandan leaves tied in a knot

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a double boiler, combine coconut milk, eggs, sugar, and pandan leaves.
  2. 2. Whisk continuously over low heat until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove pandan leaves and transfer the kaya to a jar. Let it cool before refrigerating.
