Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Cockles cleaned
- 1 tablespoon Salt
Dip Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the salt.
2. Add the cleaned cockles to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until they open up.
3. Drain the cockles and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, chili sauce, lime juice, and sugar to make the dip.
5. Serve the boiled cockles with the dip on the side.
