Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 kg Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Dried shrimp soaked and chopped
  • 1 cup Curry leaves
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and dried shrimp. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the curry leaves and chili paste. Stir well.
  4. Add the crab pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cover the wok and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once the crab is fully cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
