Ketam Kam Heong Recipe (Kam Heong Style Crab)

- 2 kg Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Dried shrimp soaked and chopped
- 1 cup Curry leaves
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and dried shrimp. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the curry leaves and chili paste. Stir well.
Add the crab pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the wok and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the crab is fully cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
