- 4 pcs Crabs cleaned and cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1 cup Chili Paste
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the chili paste and cook until fragrant.
Add the crabs and stir well to coat with the chili paste.
Pour in the coconut milk and water, then add sugar and salt. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the crabs are cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
