Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 10 pieces Bird's eye chilies pounded
  • 5 pieces Shallots pounded
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised
  • 1 piece Turmeric leaf torn into pieces
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, combine the pounded chilies and shallots with the coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the lemongrass and turmeric leaf. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the crab pieces and cook until they turn red and are fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot with rice.
