Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Water
- as needed Oil for frying
- 1. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth. 
- 2. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well. 
- 3. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until you get a thick batter. 
- 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
- 6. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels. 
- 7. Serve warm and enjoy!
