Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Water
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
2. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
3. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until you get a thick batter.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
