Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g rice flour
  • 50 g tapioca flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • as needed food coloring (red, green, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add coconut milk and water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture into portions and add different food colorings to each.
  4. Grease a 9-inch square pan and place it in a steamer.
  5. Pour a layer of one colored mixture into the pan and steam for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Repeat with remaining layers, steaming each layer before adding the next.
  7. Once all layers are steamed, let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
