Kupang Goreng Cili Recipe (Chili Fried Mussels)

- 500 g Mussels cleaned
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 3 tablespoon Chili Paste
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 stalks Spring Onions chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the chili paste and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the cleaned mussels and stir well to coat them with the chili paste.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry until the mussels are cooked and have opened up.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
