Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Mussels cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 3 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the chili paste and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cleaned mussels and stir well to coat them with the chili paste.
  5. Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry until the mussels are cooked and have opened up.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
