Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Kurma powder
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add kurma powder and stir for a minute.
Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes until beef is tender.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
