Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Kurma powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add kurma powder and stir for a minute.
  4. Add beef cubes and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes until beef is tender.
  7. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
