  • 500 g Clams cleaned
  • 50 g Ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add clams and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook until clams open, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
