Instructions
Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add the egg and scramble it.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
