Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant noodles (Maggie)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup vegetables (carrot, cabbage, etc.), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the egg and scramble it.
  4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
