Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Carrot peeled and chopped
- 2 unit Potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 200 grams Chicken cut into pieces
- 1 liter Water
- 1 unit Tomato cut into wedges
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add chicken pieces and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Add chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion. Let it simmer for another 20 minutes.
4. Add tomato wedges and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
