- 4 pieces Bananas ripe
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Peel and slice the bananas.
Heat the pan and add the bananas.
Add sugar and cook until caramelized.
Pour in the coconut milk and vanilla extract. Stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes and serve warm.
