- 500 g Beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, and ginger.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the beef skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
