  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken cubes and cook until they turn white.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well.
