- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 50 g Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon Evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
1. Heat the wok over medium heat and melt the butter.
2. Add minced garlic and curry leaves, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
4. Pour in the evaporated milk, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir well.
5. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens and coats the prawns evenly.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
