Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well.
  5. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
