Malaysian Chicken Curry
A flavorful and aromatic chicken curry from Malaysia.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 cups Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add curry powder and stir well.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice.
