Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
  4. 4. Pour in coconut milk, add sugar and salt. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
